Keep it Deep or Approach Shot Opening

Player placement
- Players A and B set up at opposing baselines.

Drill
- Player A starts the action with a drop shot to player B.
- The players keep hitting back and forth until one of the players delivers a shot to one of the service boxes.
- The player receiving the short ball, must attack the shot and rush the net.
- Players A and B can be up at the net, the point here is to keep the ball deep so that no player gets a chance to rush the net.

Variety
- This drill can be done with 2 players on each side.
- The players rushing the net must move together or the lose the point.
