Back and Forth At The Net
Player placement
- Player A sets up at the service line.
- Player B sets up at the net on the opposing side.
Drill
- Player B feeds player A a mellow ball that drop right at the net on player A side.
- Player A must try to get to the ball and return it with a drop shot positioned anywhere on the opposite side, then run backwards and touch the service line T.
- Player B delivers a sequence of soft shots for two minutes straight.
- Player A must follow the motion return the shot and run backwards to touch the service line T for the two minutes.
- Players need to switch positions after the 2 minutes.
