Traction and Balance
Player placement
- Player A sets up at the baseline near the center T.
- Player B is up at the net on the opposing side with a basket of balls.
Drill
- Player B hits a sequence of random shots to player A.
- Player A must hustle to return the balls to player B and the return to the center of the T after each shot.
- Player B can shoot as many balls as he wants until he stresses player A out.
