Serve And Approach Low
Player placement
- Player A is positioned at the center T of the baseline.
- Player B sets up on the deuce court of the opposing side.
Drill
- Player A delivers a slice serve to player B.
- Player B delivers a crosscourt return and they play out the point.
- If a short ball were to be delivered, the player receiving it should return it with an approach shot down the middle or down the line with excessive slice or backspin, to try to keep the ball low.
- Players should play out the point, play out 11 points and then switch.
