Court Positions
- The Coach will be standing at the center of the service line
- The Player will be at the center of the opposite side baseline
Drill
-The Coach will plcae a ball deep to the deuce corner on the players side
-The Player then moves to receive the ball and hits a lob aiming for the deep deuce corner of the coach's side
Mixing It Up:
-The Coach can mix it up by playing the ball to the players backhand and player would then aim for the ad corner of the coach's side. You can also switch roles for fun.
