Concentration - Net & Volley Control

Player Court Placement
-3 players will stand about a foot away from the net. Two players will stand near each of the singles line and the third player will be placed in the center. The same player positioning should be repeated on the opposite side of the net.

Drill
-The drill commences with the player on the deuce side as they hit a forehand across the net to the player in the ad court. That player hits a backhand volley to the center person, who hits a forehand volley across the net to the other center. The center then plays a backhand volley to the ad court, who hits a forehand volley to the player on the deuce side. This player hits a backhand volley back to the player on the ad side who hits a forehand volley to the center player. Volley continues until it reaches the player that started the sequence.

This is an excellent drill for building teamwork and encouraging control.
