Serve and Follow the Ball
Getting Set Up:
-The server will be positioned on the baseline of the deuce court. The other player will be on the opposite side deuce court preparing to receive,
CrossCourt Drill
-Player A serves the ball and then moves crosscourt to the ad service line. Player B will return the shot down the line to where the server has now moved. The server volleys the ball crosscourt and the receiver moves along the baseline and returns the ball with a backhand down the line.
Variety: You can change it up that whoever wins the point is the server but keep the same structure.
