Setting Up:
- Regular player double placement.
Drill
- Team A will serve using a different formation to start each point and must change it up each time or forfeit the point.
- Team B plays in their normal formation until it is Team B 's turn to serve and then they must use a different formation to start each point as well.
- The teams must use this protocol for the entire game.
