Player placement
- Players set up in a single file at the baseline behind the center T.
- A server sets up at the net on the opposing side
Drill
- The players choose a stroke that they feel they need to improve.
- The first person in line comes up to the T on the baseline, and attempts the stroke they chose.
- If the player delivers the shot in to the singles court area between the net and the service line, the player receives a point.
- If the shot is place between the service line and the baseline he receives 2 points.
- Players rotate after each shot.
- If a player accumulates 13 points they lose a turn, and all the points as well.
- The first player to reach 21 points wins.
