Volley Lounge
Player placement
- Player A sets up to the right of the center T.
- Player B sets up at the net inside on of the service boxes.
Drill
- Player A starts the action by feeding a wide shot down the alley sideline.
- Player B returns the shot with a volley.
- Player A returns the volley with a wide crosscourt shot back to player B.
- Player B returns the shot with a volley.
- Repeat the drill several times and then switch positions.
Variety
- This drill can be done with shots down the line instead of crosscourt.
- This drill can also be done with doubles.
