Shadow Volley
Player placement
- Players form 2 lines behind the center of the service line on opposing sides.
Drill
- Players volley against one another until one player misses.
- The ball is not allowed to bounce.
- Every shot must be a volley.
- Players need to keep the ball within their service box.
- The first team to reach 11 or 15 points wins.
Variety
- Players can only be allowed to use their forehand volley or only their backhand.
- If they use a hand that is not allowed the team loses the point.
