One Up One Back
Player placement
- Player A sets up at the net.
- Player B set up behind the opposing baseline.
Drill
- Player B must return all the shots to player A's side of the court.
- Player A volleys the balls back so that player B can barely reach them.
- The point here is to get player B to run around as much as possible.
- Try to keep the ball in play for as long as possible .
- Players rotate sides after a few minutes.
